Maybe, and maybe he never got covid19 to begin with. Remember, he got it when the PCR tests were still done in a totally unreliable way, and it's now admitted by the CDC, hence the recent PCR protocol changes

You have to run 2x3 rounds of RT-PCR testing, to avoid false positives with covid19

https://www.pasteur.fr/en/home/press-area/press-documents/operation-and-reliability-rt-pcr-tests-detection-sars-cov-2

What is an RT-PCR test? RT-PCR tests used to detect pathogens, including the test developed by the National Reference Center for Respiratory Viruses at the Institut Pasteur to detect the SARS-CoV-2 genome, are based on the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). In this method, a small target sequence of nucleic acids (a DNA fragment) is copied multiple times, which facilitates its detection. When this amplification is detected (using a fluorophore-labeled probe), the test is said to be positive.

That's for a classic RT-PCR test (RT for real time), and that alone is totally unsuited to detect covid19 accurately

The CNR has developed two RT-PCR tests, known respectively as IP2 and IP4, for the COVID-19 epidemic. These tests each use three separate sequences from the SARS-CoV-2 genome: two "primer" sequences to amplify a short sequence of the viral genome, and a "probe" sequence, which enables detection of the virus by binding to the sequences that have been amplified by the two primers. The genetic material in the sample must correspond with all three sequences simultaneously for the result to be positive. If one of the sequences does not bind, no signal is detected and the result is negative.

...

The whole genome of SARS-CoV-2 consists of a chain of 30,000 base pairs (the human genome has 3 billion base pairs). Since genetic code has just four bases (A, T, C and G), some small nucleotide sequences can be found in several different organisms. This is the case for the sequence CTCCCTTTGTTGTGTTGT, for example, which is found in the genome of humans and also other animal species such as Labrador Retrievers, cats and pigs. But the association of the three sequences is unique to SARS-CoV-2, and it is this which enables the virus to be identified in tests.

So yeah, he could very well have been a false positive and been given a placebo, without even knowing it. OR MORE SIMPLY, he could very well have been a false positive, given the vax, got side effect lucky, and nobody noticed anything, the entire crew fooling themselves essentially, medical team included

I'm very familiar with the pcr scam. But I remember saying he felt ill. So could have been a simple cold or flu.

Wait a minute; did he fell ill before or after taking the shot?

...

I mean, correct me if I'm wrong, but he fell supposedly sick of covid19 (could have been just the flu at this point, given the lame PCR tests affair) before taking the vaccine? I heard it was pointless to take the vaccine after getting infected, and even dangerous in some instances.

President Donald Trump announced Friday, October 2, that he and the first lady had tested positive for coronavirus, a stunning development that threw the country's leadership in turmoil and lent new uncertainty to the unfolding presidential race.

Later that day, Trump was transferred to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, where he spent the weekend and received various treatments. He returned to the White House on Monday, October 5.

More than a dozen members of Trump’s circle also tested positive, including press secretary Kayleigh McEnany, senior adviser Stephen Miller, campaign manager Bill Stepien and assistant to the President Nicholas Luna.

Monday, October 12 White House physician Sean Conley said Monday that the President has tested negative for Covid-19 on consecutive days and that he is “not infectious to others.”

Former President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump quietly received the Covid-19 vaccine at the White House in January, a Trump advisor told NBC News on Monday.

It is not clear which type of vaccine they received and they were not disclosed at the time by the Trump White House. The official White House photographer was also not present to document the event, according to an official with direct knowledge.

That whole affair is fishy as fuck...
