I work construction and it's true that many blacks are not that serious about hard work. But, I do notice that about one out of ten take their job seriously, have pride in a job well done and are easy to work with. Never once have I seen one of these white, man bun wearing fags come out to a job and be able to actually do anything. First they avoid anything constructive to begin with, and if they do manage to get on a job they try to get in a position of authority where they can fuck things up with ridiculous orders. So yah, helicopter rides for them. Also, I've had in the past a black supervisor and two black foremen. One black foreman kind of talked shit to me for a month till I proved I was the best on his crew. One thing I can say about s sensible black guy is once you prove your worth on they job the loyalty is solid. I had a black coworker female who made foreman and hated me and one of my black friends. A solid worker and very easy to work with since he pulled his own weight and was easy to communicate with. Bitch foreman had it in for us and fired both us in one night. She never made it home after the shift. She didn't die but she'll never walk again. Yah, the shipyard thinks I had something to do with it since I warned them it was coming. But no, I was off drinking since I had a job already lined up.
