Baltimore had ethnic neighborhoods: Polish, German, Jewish, and black to name a few... but free blacks have lived in Baltimore for centuries without getting out of hand, and even had a very successful economy with black owned businesses and hard working family men. What changed was block busting during the 60's and 70's combined with sexual revolution and social engineering, which turned the ethnic neighborhoods into extended black neighborhoods and those extensions into slums by wrecking the black family structure. What exists now is a horrible combination of those ghettos combined with the brutal laws put in place to try and hold things together. In Baltimore, if you set a pitfall for home invaders, or if a violent negro invades your property and is injured, the homeowner is the one on the hook and probably in jail. The homeowner has a duty to retreat, even if it means leaving the house to the invaders. Gun laws are ridiculous. Homeowners have zero rights to do anything on their own or else the system will come down on them hard. The city is also literally run by a prison gang now, and they work hand in glove with the globohomo brigade that runs Maryland. It will not improve. Oh, and now they're importing actual Africans on top of it.
