Apparently BOA is experiencing network issues right now too. I've seen no real source, just a few tweets but... I've also seen it (faceberg) blamed on Russia already.

I'm having dns problems with websites hosted on cloudflare and have been since about 12am cst last night. There's more stuff going down than just facebook it seems it's just sporadic which sites are affected and which aren't most likely it differs between regions.

Any device with a facebook app, and any webpage with a facebook plugin has been hammering DNS servers with DNS requests for resolutions that are no longer available because facebook has gone dark. It is a knock-on effect
