What can police do when a prosecutor won’t prosecute?

They can do like the good old days and pick those niggers up another day and drop them off in a rival gang's neighborhood. They could stage a raid and arrest everybody except one of those niggers so the hood rats think they're the rat. There's so many creative ways for the police to make it right.
