Airplanes make sense as well, but just because of the potential of rapid decompression causing pilots to blackout and crash because of a lack of O2. The arguments for gun control in this case are mostly retarded. Kagan referenced a 1350 law that the colonists were forced to abide by. 1350. That actually makes the argument for the 2A even stronger because it can be argued that it was in direct response to laws like the 1350 bullshit.
The lawyers for the gun owners side need to stop being pussies and just answer that everyone should be allowed to own AND BEAR a gun, concealed or not. Let the court decide from there. The hemming and hawing that appears to be happening is ridiculous. We need to pull the Overton window back in the conservative direction. If we never try to move it and just stand pat where we are, we will always lose ground.
