Not really that big of a win for Veritas... the made a motion to appoint a special master. This is what happens when you claim client-attorney privilege and they need to bring in a neutral third party to determine what was protected conversations with his lawyer and what is not. Basically O'Keefe claimed he had text messages with his lawyers... the special master will go through the phone and tell the prosecutors they can't use those chats but anything else is fair game.
