What use is a governor's mandates when he doesn't even enforce them? Useless. It's all talk just like every so called "conservative" to try and get re-elected and continue their fake conservativism. Go into any leftist run county in Texas and try walking into a government office mask-less. They will refuse you service unless you wear a mask citing their leftist county judge.
