Dear Mayor, I think there's a racism here. Are you suggesting that retail stores should presume the Chicago natives to behave like thieves and violent animals? And failure to prepare for the natural instinct of the local fauna is a shoulda' known better moment?
All this merchandise is just laying out in the open waiting for someone to steal it. What did you expect people would do, not try to steal it? I guess we're all just criminals waiting to happen.
