Problem is, THE FBI DOESN’T CHARGE ANYONE ANYHOW.
That’s up to the justice department.
Just like local cops don’t charge you, either. They may arrest you and collect evidence, but it’s up to the DA’s office whether or not to actually charge you.
Not that I’m sticking up for the FBI, they’re as dirty as the Stasi.
Just pointing out the facts. The title of this post presumes something that isn’t even possible to begin with.
