OK, I answered your initial question already so I'll leave it there. To this one I say, "no" as well. SCOTUS is a waste of bench space when it comes to their mandate - protecting the Constitution.
SCOTUS has been infected since Roberts joined, not to mention the women....every single one useless as teats on a boar hog.
Big question - will congress do anything about it..
Seeing as how the House of Representatives passed the measure, my gut instinct is no.
