Neither the legislature nor any executive or judicial officer may disregard the provisions of the Constitution in case of emergency.

ANYONE who declares the suspension of Constitutionally guaranteed rights (to travel freely, peacefully assemble, earn a living, freely worship, etc.) AND OR attempts to enforce such a suspension within the 50 independent, sovereign, states of the United States of America is making war against our Constitution and therefore the people.

They violate their Constitutional oath and, thus, immediately forfeit their office and authority and their proclamations may be disregarded with impunity.

I didn't say it wasn't time. I just said you have to pick your battles. OP was talking about disregarding any law that he feels is "objectively" unconstitutional.

The law is being openly and flagrantly abused and disregarded by the u.s. government and other western governments.

When the rule of law is broken by those who are supposed to uphold it equally and for all--when the law is ignored and misused, we have no obligation to it whatsoever.

Anyone thats been paying attention can demonstrabily see that we can and shouldn't obey laws that are openly illegal and unconstitutional, and that this has nothing to do with opinion.
