New VA Governor fails to specify the consequence for teaching CRT despite the ban. If theres no consequences specified, and no one charged with enforcement, then its a toothless mandate, and grandstanding. I'm not saying thats what it is. Just don't see anyone in the RNC being anything but turncoats these days.
