I do believe some things are necessary, but I'm not advocating for it because I just don't have any stomach for it. What I am not willing to do myself, I will not encourage others to do. But I won't discourage anyone either, because though I am unfortunately committed to peace, I believe it's ultimately a pointless gesture, and peace won't in the end, fix anything. Instead I will tell people what I always tell people, there is no need for small talk, or 'shop talk'. Whatever you choose, peace, or no peace, be prepared to accept what that brings, and be committed to it. In short I'm just not discussing it, either openly or in euphemism, because I don't have any tolerance left for double talk or easy lies.
