When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands... That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive, it is the Right of the People to abolish it, and to institute new Government...
...has refused Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good...has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers....
it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security...
