My guess is we don't even have the refinery capacity for the SPR oil release. So its being shipped to overseas refineries, and then back on shore (except it never makes it to shore and is simply sold). I'd bet on that last bit of corruption, every time. Track if it ever made it back to shore. Make the SPR release being sent overseas an issue. Wait for this excuse "refinery capacity", then pull the thread and unwind the narrative by dumping the documents publicly, proving the refined product never made it back to america.
