It's ashamed that no law enforcement agency cares. NSA could track the call to the source if anyone cared.

NSA doesn't exist for this purpose. NSA, and all the other alphabet agencies for that matter, exist for CONTINUITY OF GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS IN WARTIME, AKA perpetual wartime Federal agencies that are at war with the US Citizen population at all times.
