under globalism everything is transported half way around the fucking planet before it gets to the end user
I remember being in Upper Mau in Subic Bay, Phillippines and seeing a case of canned pineapple that said "Grown in Phillippines Canned in USA". We weren't allowed to procure locally. In 1977.
In the US we grow our pork in factory farms then ship most of it to china to be butchered and preserved and packed then ship it back to be sold here, this is why bacon costs so damned much.
