Victor Bout was the patsy in a FBI "sting" operation. He should have never been in jail. So I guess the US got what it deserved? Trading a wrongly convicted man for a degenerate nigger bull dyke?

Side note, Whelan was DISHONORABLY DISCHARGED and was arrested after starting a drunken bar brawl where he fought two cops and lost. He can fucking rot there. He would probably be a meth head if he were still here.
