My guess of ~100million dead was based on about 3% getting myocarditis from the jabs. The ones who got it bad enough got treated, but still have a 50% 5 year mortality. The ones who got it milder were dismissed by hospitals or never went, so were untreated. I'm working on the assumption that the prognosis of untreated mild or sub-clinical myocarditis will be roughly similar to treated clinical myocarditis... progression to cardiomyopathy and heart failure with 50% mortality in 5 years.
Cardiomyopathy won't be the only killer though. There's also various emboli, the more fatal being pulmonary and cerebral embolisms caused by fibrin/amyloid clots, cancer, neurological diseases, necrotic conditions and other organ failure (mainly due to micro and macro clotting), auto-immune diseases, and also suicide induced by chronic pain, twitching, buzzing, etc all of which is ignored or downplayed by the "health authorities".
It's not going to kill 50% of all people jabbed in the next 5 years. But it will likely kill more than Stalin or Mao managed to. That's nothing to shrug off.
While the death toll will be staggering, the increased strain on our failed medical system from an immense surge in vaids induced symptoms will be on another level. However, the real killer will be fertility rates plummeting over the next 20 years. Whatever they put into that shit is likely passed on to progeny.
The death toll from the Covid vax is going to be massive, but it will be almost impossible to quantify. Not only does the vax kill people in dozens or even hundreds of different ways, but the deaths from the vax are usually attributed to some other cause.

I would imagine that since myocarditis was a thing before the vax came out, that yes, people who do not get the jab may get myocarditis by some other means. But that's not the same as what's being stated or asked here.

That is possible and does happen. The rates of myocarditis from the jab are heavily underestimated as compared to the reported rates from COVID. This is because they use the number of jabbed as the denominator for the first figure (a number that seems to be also overestimated), but the number of cases (sometimes hospitalized cases) as the denominator for the second.
Basically, if you end up in hospital with a respiratory viral infection (not just COVID), it has likely become systemic and may well get into your heart in which case you could easily end up with myocarditis. Myocarditis happens, but the jabs are causing huge amounts more. To the point where the UK gov. is rolling out defibrillators in schools - fucking primary schools.
