This is because they use the number of jabbed as the denominator for the first figure (a number that seems to be also overestimated), but the number of cases (sometimes hospitalized cases) as the denominator for the second.

Basically, if you end up in hospital with a respiratory viral infection (not just COVID), it has likely become systemic and may well get into your heart in which case you could easily end up with myocarditis.
