Is it that same coroner who's been involved in like, every suspicious (almost certainly false flags/coverups)? I can't recall his name at the moment, but he was there for Seth Rich, almost every one of the Clinton's kills, fucking Stephen Paddock (the alleged Las Vegas mass shooter), and a variety of others, I think even including Epstein. I remember reading the list of people whom this coroner worked on, and wondering "Why the fuck is he working on people from all over the country, and why does it seem like he's there specifically on these really suspicious events?" I think he even did Ashli Babbit's fucking autopsy. Having a tenured, respected guy in a coroner position like this, able to be inserted into almost any situation and "examine the body" for you is a massive asset- you can now literally get away with murder or mass murder, or all kinds of shit, because you have this guy playing goalie for you, falsifying autopsy results and giving absurd conclusions like "suicide" on a man who was shot twice in the back of the head with a long gun of some kind.
