but it's not just ripped off. this appears to be outright theft. paying 25% over what it should cost is getting ripped off, but paying multiples of what it should cost looks like a planned robbery of public coffers.
i know it'll go nowhere and it's nothing in comparison, but it's just so ridiculous some random guy can spot potential outright corruption but all the faggots we pay to look for this shit couldn't be bothered and would probably aid in the cover up if anything.
