Hopefully it results in real change. I’m skeptical though. Marxist subversion is rampant in the lower courts.

The silver lining is that there is enough race fatigue and frustration with blacks that only the most devout Marxists will still try to make the case that “institutional racism” is somehow undone by institutional racism.

Even blacks have nigger fatigue. Minorities naturally don’t like being overrepresented in public discussion and used as a wedge in every fucking issue.

I'm cautiously optimistic about this. California banned affirmative action decades ago and still found ways to privilege blacks. Hopefully, someone will start legal action to stop the growing "holistic" admissions nonsense.

must be tied to that student’s courage and determination

All minority students will now instantly receive bravery bonus points and change nothing.

It is not just a violation of the equal protection clause for college admission, it is unconstitutional everywhere it is applied.

Sadly though the last paragraph of the opinion sounds very absolute and what many people will quote, there is a part I have found that is an obvious loophole on page 47 section 6 of the opinon that reads. link here to original pdf. https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/23863999-20-1199_hgdj

At the same time, as all parties agree, nothing in this opinion should be construed as prohibiting universities from considering an applicant’s discussion of how race af- fected his or her life, be it through discrimination, inspira- tion, or otherwise. See, e.g., 4 App. in No. 21–707, at 1725– 1726, 1741; Tr. of Oral Arg. in No. 20–1199, at 10

So it sounds to me that the college can't say we need x number of blacks, but if a student says "I suffered because I am black" that suffering can be used as something the college can still consider.

This is still a win, but the dems will figure this out and continue what they are doing. The same way they call DEI and ESG two different things when they are really the same thing when one gets banned.

  • be a nigger. To stupid for high school graduation or university

  • be White. Graduate top of high school class, no university scholarship

When a White kid gets a top level degree and excels but 5 of the eligible White minority kids get a chance and he misses out because 25 non Whites get free rides and the valedictorian is a black male.

Tyrone DeShawnicus Jerome Wiggins Barthalomew the Third Junior while on parole for several violent crimes on his record gets sent to Harvard by White tax payers.
