Better bring an army to take those mountain tops from the cartel spotters who have had control over them for nearly two decades. Over those decades they have become well stocked and fortified with food, satellite communications, men and weapons. Many of the approaches are booby trap’d to give the spotters the opportunity to gain upper hand in battle or to flee. In AZ they exist from the border all the way to Phoenix and further in some areas.
