I'm all for returning everything to The States. HOWEVER, if ANYONE thinks that the problem will solved by doing so hasn't seen some of the "teachers" that the States employ

Minimum requirements must be set for teachers and they should have to "re-certify" every 2 years. In countries like Russia a "High School" level teacher often has the equivalent of a Masters degree in what they are teaching. In America... You can be border line completely retarded just reading from the "teachers copy" of the book and still get the job.
