I'm all for returning everything to The States. HOWEVER, if ANYONE thinks that the problem will solved by doing so hasn't seen some of the "teachers" that the States employ

Minimum requirements must be set for teachers and they should have to "re-certify" every 2 years. In countries like Russia a "High School" level teacher often has the equivalent of a Masters degree in what they are teaching. In America... You can be border line completely retarded just reading from the "teachers copy" of the book and still get the job.

Agreed hence my comment. I drive a school bus during the day and a truck at night. The shit I SEE when I pull up to schools each day in terms of "teachers' can best be described as walking abominations.
