The asov forces aren't very fond of the jews or Russian sympathizers.
I'm hearing that a lot of people don't like the idea of being conscripted to fight for Zelenski even if they aren't a fan of invasion. I would think that the best situation for everyone and for world peace in general would be a truly independent Ukraine that isn't a puppet of either world power in order to act as a buffer state. It's also the only situation in which Ukraine will have long term peace because without a buffer state the frequency of conflict between Russia and EU/Nato will be higher than it has been for the last 30 years, and Ukraine will be in the middle of that no matter which side they are on. It is also more morally correct for Ukraine to be independent and for their leader to solely act on the domestic interests of the people rather than ignoring that to play some role in a larger international game (aka nationalism). You would think a few Ukrainians would want that enough to speak up and organize. Or at the very least do it merely out of offense that the west tossed them into a dangerous situation by working to remove their much more safe buffer-state status for the sake of leaders of the west's own personal ambitions.
One way I would think to organize it is for a number of holdouts to the fighting, in a region to the south of the main action, to gather with weapons and say they aren't going to be conscripted, as a kind of militant pacifism. The next step would be to announce that the region is an area where forced conscription will be opposed and that anyone who wants to not fight needs to travel there. The Russians will be less likely to attack an area with people who are actively making efforts to not fight them so it would establish a safe zone that will also be attractive to people who want nothing to do with this conflict. That will create a sizable stream of people to hopefully join the anti-war militia that is pro-Ukrainian, anti-west, anti-east. The next question is then whether to organize into a political movement and retake leadership through elections, or to use military power to separate as province into a new country. As much as I like micro-states I think the first option is better because retaking the whole of Ukraine is the only way to reestablish it as a neutral buffer state and that likely has to be done politically. The problem is the second option may be forced because if the current government structure remains in that area it may be difficult to resist conscription at an institutional level, whereas if the local government is overthrown it is easier to resist conscription at an institutional level because you now are the institution.
