Even people who would be called Q tards would look at the center of the image, see the banner of FedBizOpps.gov attempt to access FedBizOpps.gov, find that it has been rebranded as sam.gov, try to enter the reference number fa-3016-17-u-0164, find nothing, turn to a search engine, enter fa-3016-17-u-0164, find govtribe.com find the following link:
And see that all of the images included in the macro are legit according to what govtribe has, which is data imported from sam.gov according to all the contractors bitching about their personally indentifiable information is being posted on the web, scraped from FOIA/public documents associated with government contracts.
Pretty sure nobody's going to do that, especially without a keyboard which is the vast majority these days

Also found it on sam.gov The only thing I would have preferred is if I could have scraped the ref number off the image without having to transcribe.
