Ukranians and Russians have captured each others weapons and are using them against the enemy, there's videos of Russians using javelins they captured from Ukrainians, so I'm guessing Russians are using captured or abandoned launcher systems against civilians areas too. It'd be perfect propaganda for the bolsheviks
