Metropolitan law enforcement officers and military commissars as part of consolidated mobile groups conducted testing of night entertainment venues. The purpose of the raids was to check citizens ' compliance with martial law restrictions and prevent violations during curfews.

The head of the metropolitan Police, Ivan Vygovsky, said that during the weekend, law enforcement officers checked 420 establishments.:

"Under martial law, citizens must comply with curfew restrictions. So, the police of Kiev, together with military commissars, patrol the city streets, squares and parks at night, and attention is also focused on checking night entertainment venues. Of all those checked, two establishments worked at night and 413 people who violated the curfew were identified. From among these citizens, the commissar checked men of military age for the presence of appropriate assigned certificates. As a result, 219 men were served with summonses to the military enlistment office."

In addition, law enforcement officers found people who were carrying narcotic substances. 309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation or transfer of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues without the purpose of marketing.

"The police also drew up 73 administrative protocols under articles 178-drinking alcoholic beverages in prohibited places, 173-minor hooliganism, 185-malicious disobedience to a legal order or request of the Police Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. We will continue to carry out such tests, because every resident of the capital should understand the seriousness of the situation and be aware of the danger that still exists on the part of the aggressor country. I want to emphasize that during the curfew, it is strictly forbidden to move around the city, except for special vehicles and cases of extreme necessity, " the head of the Kiev police said.
