No, not just promoting, even worse- he's redirecting resources (money, time, manpower, equipment, etc.) from their "war effort" in order to fund a study about faggots getting married.

Really think about this. YOUR COUNTRY IS ABOUT TO BE TAKEN OVER. YOUR LAWS ARE ABOUT TO BE REPLACED BY YOUR CONQUEROR'S LAWS. Now is not the time to consider the pros and cons of faggot marriage, now is the time to "research" how to defeat your enemy! Not that I'm rooting for Ukraine, I'm just highlighting the sheer, obscene absurdity of this.

How much danger are they really in if they can do this kind of shit? How much danger is Zelensky in if he can appear publicly to talk about something so trivial as fag marriage? Why hasn't a Russian sniper put this fucker down on any one of these days he goes to some place in (allegedly) the Ukraine to make a speech about fags or abortions?
