Pretty much, yeah. I mean, we have some impressive shit which could push back RU at least temporarily. But that would be an ACTUAL provocation as well, and I don't think RU is doing anything but watch the west destroy itself.. If the robber baron elites want to start some real shit, we'd see a real retaliation, ala the bridge incident.
