Increases in draft age always indicate loss of the war. If someone is usually the very young or the older it frequently means they simply want to make sure they kill as many of their own people as possible and that it's really not about the war.
I also saw something about them forcefully conscripting almost their entire male Hungarian population and sending them out as cannon fodder. This is also an indicator of being about to lose.
Men of age 50+ can beat the shit out of younger men, or beat them in a gunfight, sure. But, all other things being equal (training, equipment, experience), my money would be on a 25 year-old coming out alive from a gunfight than a 50 year old. There's a reason we want 18-25 year olds to make up most of any army- it's when our reflexes, aggression, and desire to prove ourselves and fit in with the group is at its peak. You're highly motivated still at that age.
By 50... you're probably just fucking tired, especially living in a corrupt, frozen shithole like the Ukraine. That's always, ALWAYS a major deciding factor in a fight- motivation. Usually, the guy who wants to fight is the one who comes out the winner.
Get ready for videos of Russians taking hundreds of old men prisoner all at once.
Btw, slightly unrelated- there's already a video of one of the M1 Abrams we "donated" to the Ukrainians getting popped with an ATGM. You can give them 10,000 tanks, but if they don't have good, well-trained crews, they're just going to get targeted and blown the fuck up.
Makes me curious - who is actually in country to service all those M1 Abrama and Leopard2 's because i'm not sure some uke engineer who has only worked on soviet era machines will have any fcking clue ...
American techs, flown in for the jobs.
While a lot of tanks share similarities in how to operate them, learning a foreign tank's systems and operations is a tall task.
You can't just take a bunch of Ukrainians who drive Soviet style tanks and stick them in an M1 Abrams and expect them to operate it effectively. It takes at least several weeks to familiarize one with how it handles, what it is capable of, the large variety of weapon systems, it's defensive capability, and so on.
So, while they're training to use these new tanks... the Russians can just advance without worrying about having to engage them? Or, they give Ukrainian crews a retarded crash course, and send them out there wildly unprepared. Russian tanks are certainly a match for the M1 Abrams, especially if their crews are more proficient than the Ukrainian crews.
Expect to see a shit load of M1 Abrams getting tagged with ATGMs and AP rounds from other tanks.
Over on watchpeopledie.tv there is a ton of combat footage from the Ukraine war (as well as like 20 other wars ongoing right now)- a lot of it is GoPro or drone camera, very clear and detailed footage.
Most of them are fucking drone's dropping little grenades on unsuspecting infantry. I'm wondering when a good countermeasure will be devised to deal with these little fucking things, they're worse than snipers IMO- at least the sniper has to be in some danger to take a shot. The faggots piloting these little drones are likely a dozen km or more away from where the action is happening, so they can be calm and carefully line up their bomb drop without fear of being shot at and killed.
Drones are the new terror weapon of modern combat.
