WWI level casualties. Tinyhat fucks must be ecstatic.
"They fought bravely and died".
With this phrase, PMC founder Wagner released a video showing coffins with the bodies of Ukrainian soldiers from Bakhmut being repatriated to areas under Kiev's control.
The video has caused shock in the West with Reuters reproducing the images.
We should note that German journalists who went there to report were stunned by the scale of the Ukrainian Army's losses in the Bakhmut "meat grinder".
In the video, Prigozhin, who appears dressed in military clothing, said: "We are sending another shipment of Ukrainian Army fighters home. They fought bravely, and they died. That is why the last truck will take them back home".
The footage shows men in uniform driving nails into closed wooden coffins and loading them into a truck.
Prigozhin, whose Wagner company led Russia's month-long offensive in the eastern Ukrainian city of Bakhmut, has repeatedly praised the Ukrainian army as a worthy and capable adversary.
On New Year's Eve, a media outlet linked to Prigozhin published footage showing Wagner's boss visiting Ukrainian prisoners of war, offering them a traditional gift of mandarins and promising them that they would return to Ukraine through a prisoner exchange as soon as possible.
In his remarks, E. Prigozhin stressed that the Wagner PMC is resolving an important strategic task by drawing the entire Ukrainian army to itself, grinding and moving forward.
The rest of us have to somehow catch up.
The Wagnerites became that concrete force that prevented the enemy from developing offensive actions in other sectors of the front, while setting the pace for the rest of the Russian army to move.
Wagner forces show by example that we can defeat the enemy, thus breaking stereotypes in the tactical units of the Russian Armed Forces.
In the event of defeat of the Wagner forces, any retreat from the Donbass, the entire front will be moved to the Russian border, perhaps even further away.
In such a turn of events, the situation will become very difficult for the entire Russian army and subsequently for the country," Prigozhin stressed.
