My understanding is the heart thing is gonna kill him anyway so he still smokes because it won't matter if he quits. He likes smoking and figures what the fuck. But yea, he is a little smug and I've always wondered how long till they throw him in the clink. He did not post a video today saying that he made it, not a good sign.
