Is the theory here that with the bombers out in the open, activity could be monitored remotely in real-time constant via satellite imaging.. and that we could see nuclear arming of the bombers to give advanced warning or concern of a nuclear attack?
With the bombers now (hypothetically) being moved to hardened bunkers under the guise of protection, we cannot see them potentially being armed?
What about the silos? Why would an attack cause the Russians to open silos, thus making them more vulnerable?
