This is quite a bit different than just "Boiled Beef" in the British sense.

Vegetable soup with pot roast is technically "boiled beef" as well, but the boiling of the beef isn't the only thing in the pot.

Another staple in our house. Diced beef "Überzwerch" w/ bone broth, lots of veggies, maybe some potato pieces in there...
