HR people can be a cancerous palsy on an organization, because of this shit.
Not all companies are encumbered by the shit-awful judgement of some arrogant and repulsive SpliffQueesha. Those that are, will _never_ be as successful, which means they get run over by over by those who simply don’t tolerate this shit.
C-level leadership that permits this garbage in HR have already failed, and they don’t even realize it.
Founders and leaders and investors who do this shit invariably learn the hard way what they already know that they know.
