I lean on the Terrain Theory. It makes more sense. I'd go as far to say it's fact. Viruses are very real just not what we were taught in school. Our bodies actually create them as a solvent to break down toxic cells or tissue that's too poisonous for the symbiotic bacteria and fungi that normally does this. Instead, the bacteria and fungi are killed. Viruses aren't alive. They're not communicable and only the result of a symptom. Not the cause of the symptom.

Thanks I've heard about the virus being produced by the body but it still doesn't add up to me. How could huge swaths of people all get sick at the same time and have the same symptoms if it is non communicable? Thanks for the info I'll dive in today.
Think about the black plague. They claim that it was from infected rats right? Lmao... The actual reason was due to the air quality from volcanic activity and also that people using coal to heat their homes. Which coal is very toxic in enclosed spaces.
Our bodies go through a regular detox every six months. Depending on how toxic you are determines how sick you get and if your symbiotic bacteria can clean it up.
The real theory is that yellowstone caldera actually erupted during that time. A lot of evidence points that something surely happened.
Here's a documentary about it. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLMYB1WEMkYL3naB74XlAQjDf1J87DBtci
Yeah but every outbreak is environmental? Seems unlikely
