Fear not, white man. You’ll get a job too!
You will be the “Diversity Janitor.” The actual job title may be different, but it will be the same job across all industries.
The Diversity Janitor’s job is to do the diversity’s job for it at 1/2 the pay. The diversity sure can’t do it, and will likely make a huge mess when it has a motivated moment and attempts to apply melanin to the task at hand. But that will be rare—the diversity will usually be too busy being paraded around as “an example of our company’s support for Diversity (tm).”
