It would be infinitely more difficult to stage a shooting in front of the average 115,000+ visitors per day, in the middle of Las Vegas, without anybody noticing, and without the 900 people saying anything peculiar, without any of the film crew or co-conspirators saying anything peculiar, or the entire hospital staff that treated these people (presumably they're all in on it too), along with ALL of the police, ALL of the feds, ALL of the government officials, or any of their friends and family of all people involved, or the business that hired them, choreographed the event painstakingly to make sure it all went smoothly. It would actually be infinitely more difficult to do that than to just kill 60 people. In order to believe this you either have to not be very smart or be a paranoid schizophrenic. And all of this is beside the main point of "fucking why?". I'm not even sure why you think there would be some kind of strategic benefit to staging a Hollywood shooting instead of actually just doing it.
Like how is this advantageous? Whether it was fake or real has no impact at all. I'm not sure why this seems like a necessary element for you.
The staging was at a “concert” open only to a limited amount of people, a perfect place to stage a mass casualty event.
There were no injured people at any hospitals so why you think there would be any hospital staff involved is unclear.
Many “witnesses” did say peculiar things. There was a video of a girl who had been on the Maury show (confirmed actress) as an “eyewitness” saying that there were “definitely” multiple shooters. Just one example of many.
Sounds like you haven’t researched this event very much. Why not try to find evidence that it actually happened and show me that rather than just speculating about it?

Let me guess, more actors? Did the hospital just let a bunch of random people come in and start shooting a fake scene? What about all the statements FROM the hospitals? All of the hospital workers would still have to be in on it so they wouldn't be like "uh no our hospitals were completely empty. We never treated anybody for shootings". Eventually your conspiracy is so vast and involves so many people that you're basically a flat-earther. And you still never answered the question. "why?". Just pulling shit out of your ass repeatedly still doesn't explain why they would go to such extreme lengths instead of just shooting people.
