If I read through there are 33,000+ employees of the Legislative Branch, using 2020 actual numbers.
The Postal Service lists 333,570 letter carriers alone on the payroll. Not counting other staff.
That's almost 400,000 people who somehow aren't a danger to others by not being vaccinated.
