If I read through [the data correctly](https://sgp.fas.org/crs/misc/R43590.pdf) there are 33,000+ employees of the Legislative Branch, using 2020 actual numbers. The Postal Service lists 333,570 letter carriers alone on the payroll. Not counting other staff. [See here.](https://www.bls.gov/oes/current/oes435052.htm) That's almost 400,000 people who somehow aren't a danger to others by not being vaccinated.
