TBH that's not a bad reason, but he shouldn't really be saying so publicly.

Though I'd modify it to "I don't trust the people that want me to take it, they've been sued and issued the biggest fines in history for medical fraud, the science is not on their side and they are lying about the dangerous and life threatening side effects of their gene therapy, all for a 'disease' that kills at most 0.01% of people."
"That was from something else." "It is, the FDA said it's safe." "They are not lying you are just reading conspiracy theories." "It can have crippling side effects for so many more people than that."
If you want to debate talking points with NPCs, your little speech work, but it won't convince anyone.
100% agreed, but the point of saying I'd change it to that isn't to convince people though, it's to prevent our side sounding like petty dullards like the guy in the image.
I don't debate NPCs I just ridicule and shame them, since they only operate on emotion.
