But what she should have been told was to work out vigorously, eat well, go outside, and get sunlight. That was the best thing she could have done for herself.
Not isolating, quarantining, shutting down businesses, wearing a mask all the time, socially distancing all the time, that vaccines are the silver bullet (they are not and not even the vaccine makers would say that shit - no idea why vaccines for COVID-19 became the end-all be-all solution when they never could be that), and sanitizing ALL the things.
