There's a bunch of videos of celebs and politicians "getting the shot" that you can tell they didn't really get a shot at all. Why wouldn't they just lie and say there's a mandate for these places? Are they just trying to piss off the people that are paying attention? Or is someone trying to wake up the people that aren't?
Far as I remember my conspiracy bullshit, Malthusians or whatever they are believe that the earth is overpopulated and that natural selection has stopped being applied. They seek to dramatically depopulate the world and apply aggressive natural selection in the process to better humanity.
The ones they want to survive are the coherent, strong and useful, basically applying natural selection on a grand scale and exterminating any that are weak and easily led, and they do not care that this applies to their most obedient and enthusiastic followers.
In other words, tl;dr: Yes, they are literally trying to do both of these things even as they scheme to kill most of the world's population. Pretty sure this shit's even on their public website's mission statement.
