Refusing to release children to parents is called kidnapping. It's also false imprisonment and blackmail. The penalty is pretty harsh.

In a just society that would be the case, but we're living in clownworld now.

And for some people, very swift.

Any man using lethal force to end the kidnapping of their child is committing no crime.

Any LEO who places themself in such a man's way is not acting as a member of law enforcement but rather as an accessory and is therefore entitled to no special consideration under the law.

Such a man could kill 30 people and I'll send him home before lunch if I'm on the jury.
