Now I agree that the vxxx is not the actual mark, but it certainly seems to be a part of the lead up. A Mark in your right hand seems to mean your actions, and the forehead is your thoughts. Some people fully buy in to the deceptions and happily act upon the lies (forehead). Others do not believe but go along with it for fear of repercussions (hand). ‭
