The realtor I'm talking to is saying that all the new home sales are going to DC, Washington, Oregon, and Californians leaving their states behind since they can telework now. They sell their house where they came from and buy a new one for the same price but pay much lower property taxes. Basically a new age of carpet baggers driving up home prices. And they are changing the political climate also.
Fucking assholes are going to ruin more states.
Georgia is being FILLED to the brim with Central Americans and Mexicans.

Irrelevant but I imagine we'll see it in our lifetime: I have this goofy idea and at this point? With the way things are going? I can see it happening where Vladimir Putin extends his hand to Evangelical conservatives in the US and invites them to apply for immigration to Russia's interior, where they can cherish their religious freedom, be left alone and be free from Globohomo (he won't say that, but that's the real message).
